GENERAL TERMS of USE
1. Price
The indicated prices are in euro Inclusive of all taxes and except postal charges.
In European Union, and except European Union, the prices take into account the VAT and the French rights.
· Rate of VAT exempted on Corsican wines, VAT 2,10 % for foodstuffs, VAT 19,60 % for the rest of products.
The sarl Express Diffusion Service reserves the right of modification of the prices(prizes) and keeps(preserves) the property of products up to the payment.

3. Products
Produced photos are not contractual.
Express Diffusion Service guarantees the quality of all its products. In case of problem refer to CGV article 5 Retraction.

4. Payment

The sending of sorts by mail way is forbidden.
5. Delivery Retractation
The deliveries are made in detailed countries Article 6 Postal charges except these zones to contact us.
The delivery period is from 3 to 15 working days. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be informed by email.
Postal charges are chargeable to the customer, the journey of the goods at his(her) risks and dangers.

7. Dispute

If necessary, only the courts of Ajaccio are considered competent in the execution of quite other.

The information of registration is confidential.
